We understand that some aspects of acquiring IT through tt-exchange can be tricky. To help you navigate your way through the process, we've prepared some answers to the most common issues that come up:

  1. We haven't received the products we requested
  2. How do we get our Microsoft fulfilment email resent?
  3. We're having trouble obtaining my Microsoft products through the Volume Licensing Service Centre
  4. There is no option to select United Kingdom on the VLSC location list
  5. We've registered with tt-exchange, but we can't place any donation requests
  6. The physical or email address on tt-exchange for our organisation is out of date
  7. The person who set up our tt-exchange account has left the organisation and we need to recover our username and password
  8. We need a copy of an order invoice
  9. We have placed a number of donation request and would like to place more, but we don't know how much of our entitlement remains
