    This donation provides access to the Advanced Shopify plan for six months for organisations with budgets of £500,000 or more. The Advanced Shopify plan allows an organisation to manage an unlimited number of products and offers unlimited storage space. Up to 15 staff members may have access to Shopify's administrative interface. This Shopify subscription may only be used to create stores that support the requesting organization.

    Continuing Service After Six Months

    When your initial subscription ends, Shopify will automatically bill the credit card on file for one month of the Advanced Shopify plan at standard rates unless you cancel or switch to a downgraded plan to reduce monthly costs.

    If you choose to switch plans, you can downgrade to any plan except the Shopify Lite plan. Shopify offers two specially discounted plans for nonprofits: the £23 per month ( approx) NPO Lite plan and the £79 per month (approx) NPO Full plan. You can receive a 10 percent discount by choosing a prepaid one-year NPO Lite plan or a 16 percent discount by choosing a prepaid one-year NPO Full plan.

    Payment Gateway Available for Additional Fees If you want to accept credit card payments, you can use Shopify Payments or a third-party payment gateway. Learn more about Shopify Payments and its rates. For information on Shopify Payments rates after the first year on the NPO Lite plan or NPO Full plan, contact Shopify.
    Transaction Fees If you accept credit card payments through a third-party payment gateway, you will be charged a 0.5 percent transaction fee. If you accept credit card payments through the Shopify Payments gateway, no transaction fee will be charged. You'll still need to pay any credit card processing fees, though.

    The Shopify donation programme with tt-exchange provides a range of donated software products to eligible UK Registered Charities.

    This donation is available to all organisation types.

    Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to Shopify for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this programme.

    Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this programme. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.

    Shopify subscriptions obtained through this programme may only be used to support the requesting organisation. The organisation must clearly indicate on the Shopify store that purchases or donations will be used to support the organisation.

    Shopify products may not be transferred or resold.

    Donated product will be distributed under this programme to qualifying organisations only, not to individuals. An organisation may receive one donated Shopify product ever. Donations may not be used to renew existing Shopify subscriptions. Only organisations with annual operating budgets of £300,000 or more are eligible to receive the product for midsize organisations. Only organisations with annual operating budgets less than £300,000 are eligible to receive the product for small organisations. This donation is currently available only to eligible UK-registered charities.

    Transaction Fees If you accept credit card payments through a third-party payment gateway, you will be charged a 0.5 percent transaction fee. If you accept credit card payments through the Shopify Payments gateway, no transaction fee will be charged. You'll still need to pay any credit card processing fees, though.

    Please note: Shopify asks potential donation recipients not to sign up for a free trial from the Shopify home page. These trial accounts cannot be converted to accounts requested from tt-exchange; instead, recipients will create a trial account from a special link provided in an email sent by tt-exchange.

    Restrictions

    The Shopify donation programme with tt-exchange provides a range of donated software products to eligible UK Registered Charities.

    This donation is available to all organisation types, donations may not be used to renew existing Shopify subscriptions.

    Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to Shopify for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this programme.

    Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this programme. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.

    Shopify subscriptions obtained through this programme may only be used to support the requesting organisation. The organisation must clearly indicate on the Shopify store that purchases or donations will be used to support the organisation.

    Shopify products may not be transferred or resold.

    Donated product will be distributed under this programme to qualifying organisations only, not to individuals.

    An organisation may receive one donated Shopify product ever.

    Donations may not be used to renew existing Shopify subscriptions.

    Only organisations with annual operating budgets of £300,000 or more are eligible to receive the product for midsize organisations. Only organisations with annual operating budgets less than £300,000 are eligible to receive the product for small organisations.

    This donation is currently available only to eligible UK-registered charities.
